What is every hand worth on a K K 2 paired flop?
On a K K 2 paired flop, any king gives trips and dominates a random hand, the lone remaining combo of pocket kings has quads, and every pocket pair plays as a strong two pair.

Notable hands on K K 2
| Hand | Flops | Equity | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|---|
| KK | quads | 100.0% | Four kings. One combo of this hand still exists, and it cannot lose. |
| K2o | full house | 99.0% | A full house on the flop from the most disrespected king there is. |
| AKo | trips | 97.3% | Trips with the best kicker. Almost nothing a random hand holds survives it. |
| K7o | trips | 95.7% | Any king means trips here. The kicker is a detail; the trips are the story. |
| 22 | full house | 95.1% | Deuces full of kings. Bottom of the deck preflop, a full house now. |
| AA | two pair | 89.2% | Aces and kings, the best hand on the board without a king or a deuce in it. |
| two pair | 86.6% | Two pair the moment the flop lands, comfortably in charge of a random hand. | |
| 72o | two pair | 59.8% | One deuce makes two pair, and the worst hand in poker wins more often than it loses. |
| A2s | two pair | 68.2% | Deuces with an ace on top. It looks silly and plays perfectly fine. |
| JTs | nothing yet | 49.7% | A pretty hand with no pair on a paired board: a coin flip in a nice suit. |
A paired king-high flop splits the deck into three castes. A tiny group has trips or better and is nearly unbeatable. Everyone with a pocket pair holds two pair automatically, kings plus their own, and does well. And the biggest group, unpaired hands that missed, is left playing high-card poker against the board. K K 2 is the cleanest example of that structure in this collection.
At the very top, pocket kings make four of a kind, though with two kings already on the board only a single combo of that hand still exists. K2 flops a full house, and every other king, from AK down to K3, holds trips with the kicker deciding how happily. Pocket deuces deserve a special nod: they flopped the underfull, deuces full of kings, a made hand that trails only quad kings and the kings full of K2; even bare trips with AK sits behind it for now.
Beneath the trips, pocket pairs enjoy a quiet promotion. Aces play as aces and kings, a two-pair hand that crushes a random opponent. Even middling pairs like nines carry the board pair with them and perform far better than they look. Very few hands actually contain a king, which is why the pot so often goes to whoever holds any pair at all. And 72 offsuit collects its strange due once more: one humble deuce makes two pair here.
Beware the unpaired broadway hand. JT suited looks like a hand, and on K K 2 it is a coin flip against two random cards. The deeper trap is strategic: because so few hands hold a king, paired boards invite bluffing wars, and players talk themselves into calling big bets with ace high or folding real pairs to air. Against a single random hand, keep it simple: any pair is good, any king is gold, and quads should start writing a speech.
